But I am happy The way everyone treated him... With love and compassion... I spend most of my time there With him. And I will like to say thank you to everyone... in whatever way you has done for himm....❤️❤️❤️❤️
(October 29, 2022, 3:16 am)I was just in ICU at Albany med for 3 days, and I couldn’t have asked for a better group of nurses. They were so caring and helpful! Made my stay not so bad. Everyone on the floor was simply amazing!
(October 4, 2022, 10:57 am)No one wants to be here for service. However, every staff member I have interacted with has been nothing but friendly and helpful. Came in to the ER and the first person we talked to was Susan Upright and she was friendly and super helpful. The ER was crowded but it appeared that she and the staff were doing what they could to accommodate everyone in the ER to the best of their abilities. The ER staff member Cody Yates was another standout! Very helpful and encouraging. He answered questions and assisted in moving me around since I had limited mobility. After that, I saw many different staff members. All helpful. All friendly. Thank you Albany Med for doing a great job.
