The doctor and sales associates were very helpful, in particular Patrick who helped me obtain the correct forms from my company for prescription safety glasses. I have since moved across the country, and called today for some information. Unfortunately I was rude and belligerent and downright unreasonable. Despite this, Patrick remained professional and courteous when really he should have just hung up on me. I did apologize to him over the phone, but of course that does not make up for my behavior.
