“i am rating todays experience as 5 stars because this was one of my best lab tests i have done and believe me i have done quiet a few. Always i would suffer from needle tingling due to the fat around my veins that are hard to find. My hand have different colors and pain will stay for few days. To start checking in was organized and on time of my appointment but the most important is the phlebotomist (lab tech who did my blood work) her name is Hilda who was super professional , she drew my blood without even me noticing that the needle was in and out taking many samples in no time. She was friendly and made this a great experience. After 10 hours i don't feel any pain in my hand and there is no marks at all. I recommend this place for the professionalism and efficiency of the staff.”

“I use to come here for years and then I moved and have been guest dosing - my husband and I - and there’s no clinic available in the area not even Kingston. My home clinics still Binghamton - I emailed and emailed and no response a whenever i go in their busy. They know me, They were both my counselors before I left. I just need to have my insurance cover bc it’s expensive and taking from my kids and I cannot keep borrowing. Please 🙏 just let us be patients there or help us set up a can every day 4 hours a day to get to Binghamton. But doing that will affect me working. Idk im just fed up and I wish I wasn’t on the dose I am or I’d just stop. Yet id still give 5 stars bc everyone is just really sweet.”
