“I actually can't believe all of these bad reviews. I live in Syracuse and have been to every ER in the four hospitals there. Not only is the wait time ridiculously long in every hospital, the nurses, doctors and other staff can be heard laughing and joking around while people wait both in the waiting room and in the ER beds. My son was rushed to Albany's ER. His condition was very serious, so he got right in. I thought the staff was very attentive and very helpful whenever I had a question or my son needed help. I arrived at about 10 p.m. and spent the night there. I wish the chair in the room was more comfortable as I didn't get any sleep, but I have no complaints about the nurses or doctors.”

Susan and her staff were amazing, and made sure mom and dad were taken care of and safe as they worked. The team kept me updated, texted me pictures of their work as it progressed, and even followed up with me a few days later to make sure everything was good. The work quality is excellent, even the National Grid tech said Ungerman went above and beyond. Amazing customer service, high quality work, and very reasonable rates. Couldn't ask for better.”

“Dan and his team do an amazing job with this shop. Rachel has been cutting my hair for over four years. She does a really good job with fading and the cuts always looks great. And she’s also been cutting my kid’s hair since he was one year old! She’s very gentle and sweet with him. Rachel is super friendly and remembers conversations we’ve had months later. “I went here for my anniversary with my boyfriend and the overall visit was very pleasant. Parking was a breeze because they had a huge parking lot upon entering the establishment we were welcomed by live music. They took a little while to seat us but once we were seated the service was great. We both ordered the steak with mashed potatoes and spinach which was delightful. My steak was a bit try but it was accompanied by a wonderful sauce. We liked that the menus they gave us were disposable in light of the pandemic and tables were distanced. We were given complementary glasses of wine as we were celebrating our anniversary. The desert was also delightful we had the cream Brulé and it was delicious.”
