“I had never gone through this before so I was anxious when my mom passed about how to go about cremation and whatnot. Jim was immediately helpful in walking me through the process. They were more affordable than anywhere else so I wanted to talk with them first to make sure I wouldn't regret going "cheap" and they were so warm and welcoming that I did not regret it one bit. Jim was very communicative and accessible. One thing I would like to mention is that if your loved one was on Medicaid or had other circumstances that may qualify them for assistance, you could be able to get assistance from the county for this. I did not know this until AFTER I paid and they do NOT reimburse. You must apply for this prior to signing with the funeral home and they pay the funeral home directly. I wanted to share that info in the hopes of someone else not making that same mistake I did. No one tells you these things!”

The one & only thing I hate is when you call you have to leave a Voicemail & there have been plenty of times when I leave a voicemail on a Monday and Tuesday morning & don’t receive a call back until a Wednesday or if you leave a message 10am Monday they don’t return your call until Monday 3:15pm. I think that’s ridiculous but the care is great.”

“Ken's Portrait Photography is a 5 star organization! Ken did a family photo shoot for us in Nov 2020. We hadn't had any family pictures done in years so we decided to gather the entire family the day after Thanksgiving, as we were all in town and together to do the family photo shoot. Ken was so accommodating and had so many great ideas for how to shoot the photos to get all the family in. As well, his handling and corralling of all the kids was impeccable. The photos of the kids were some of the best we've had done. Ken's techniques and expertise was invaluable in making such a large endeavor possible. We felt at home with Ken and would use him again for any of our photo/memory preserving needs!”
