Best Deli in the Albany area Amazing pizza Great prices especially for downtown Great service Amazing family owned Cute dog (even though I am afraid of dogs lol ) And let me say the father and his family are so welcoming. Be smart on when you go because the line can be outside but they move fast never waited more than 5-10 minutes. Also they only accept cash or Venmo but 100% worth it. If I am in downtown Albany I am most likely coming here for lunch. 100% recommend this location!!!”

Restored with the funds and the effort from the Dutch Consulate, New York State Museum, and the Historic Albany Foundation. “I love bringing my two dogs, a Pomeranian and a Boston Terrier. The treatment they receive here is incredible. As soon as we arrive, we are always greeted with a warm welcome by the friendly receptionists. The veterinary technicians are also very friendly and provide a clear overview of what the veterinarian will do during the appointment. During my dogs' last visit, the vet presented me with a plan of care and discussed the expenses and alternative options with me. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the care my dogs receive.”

The sites have been excellent to work at, the employees, no matter which agency they work for, are pleasant and out-going. “I recently stopped into this branch for the first time the other day & was helped by a woman with the last name Desmond, I believe. I was locked out of my online banking account and the customer service line proved to be useless. I was told to stop into a local Key Bank branch in order to get my account unlocked. I did as instructed, but was turned away at the first branch I visited. This Key Bank, though, was the second one I went to. Stressed & on a lunch break that was almost over, Ms. Desmond helped to calm my anxieties by helping to resolve the issue effectively. She also attentively listened to my grievances about the customer service line & the Key Bank branch that I had visited prior to coming to her location. I’m not one to write reviews, but I felt she really cared for the customer’s —my— satisfaction & totally understood my anxieties when it came to wanting to know what was going on with my money & my bank. She was amazing & even told me if I have any other issues to contact her directly, which I plan on doing if any problems arise again!”

“He is by far one of the most skilled surgeons coupled with an amazing bedside manner that the US has to offer. My father was suffering with advanced bladder cancer and a bladder that needed removal ASAP due to excruciating pain and unbearable symptoms. We went to what we thought was the "top" surgeon in Boston only to find out the true TOP surgeon was right around the corner from us. He is one of the best doctors I am willing to bet in the world and if you have any issues that he can treat GO TO HIM. He is an angel from God and I truly believe this. “I had my Home Energy Assessment performed by True Building Performance. After the work was completed the re-test showed a vast improvement of 50%! I can’t wait to compare my National Grid bills over the next few months! All that is wonderful in itself, but watching the crew do their job was a true learning experience as a homeowner. The crew of 5 were respectful answered all my questions about the process along the way and really were proactive about coming and going during our first real snow on December 12. I know my rugs actually looked cleaner after they left. What was also evident was that the crew worked exceedingly well together with humor and a great sense of teamwork. Really nice to see! I am thrilled with the lack of draft in my storage area and it is also clear the furnace is turning on less frequently. True Building Performance did a great job all the way around. I highly recommend this company!”
