“My son needed his Samsung S21 repaired, it was not connecting to the cell network. Called Mobile Phone Repair Albany and received excellent customer service. The repair was quoted at a certain price, however when the tech heard that there was also a charging port problem, he lowered the quoted price and appeared confident that it was the charging port as the main problem and the SIM problem would be corrected with the charging port repair. This on the spot diagnosis, really listening to the customer and curbside / delivery service took this company's customer service soaring to top. There is constant communication so you always know the status of your repair. Tech was correct, it was the charging port problem causing the SIM problem and we got the repair for about half the price we had been expecting. Everything about our experience with Mobile Phone Repair Albany has been 5+ stars. I don't normally leave reviews but from the first phone call, I knew I'd be coming to leave a 5 star review because of how important it is to consumers to hear an honest review about tech repair. Everyone seems to need it, but where to reputably get that service? Right here is the only answer for my family, and I will be highly recommending them to friends and family. You guys are the best and don't let anyone tell you differently! The little bag of candy we got with the repaired phone had nothing to do with this 5 star review but was a very nice touch! : ) N & S”

“Ordered the jerk chicken, Mac and cheese, and collard greens. Jerk chicken is delicious and flavorful, a bit on the spicy end as expected. Mac N cheese is DELICIOUS. Collard greens have what I think is pork mixed in — I don’t eat pork so I’m a bit sad about that and will order candied yams next time. All in all pretty good!”

I spent under 60 dollars for pizza where everyone left feeling full and I have leftovers for a few days after now. It's the perfect pizza place for UAlbany students because it's right near campus and really affordable! I will definitely be ordering from here again!”

“Went here for the first time yesterday, I’d never been to a board game cafe of any kind before so I didn’t know what to expect but it was very pleasant. Me and my friend enjoyed the drinks we ordered very much and there was a great selection of games. The service was great, the worker engaged us in light conversation, which I appreciated, and made quick work of our orders. Also, my friend had been injured prior to our entering the store, and the employee was very accommodating when we asked for a band-aid, and when we were entering the store I did not have my own mask on me at the time, but they gave me one. I also personally loved the music that was playing, but that’s biased because I knew and liked every song already. I now plan on taking my mom here!”
