Ordered some supplies for my aquarium, it was shipped to me within two days… when I opened the package I noticed there was a missing item, (also was given a few free items to go with what I ordered) I emailed customer service and the owner called and helped to take care of the missing item within two hours. Great customer service, great products. Highly recommend..

Just had a wonderful experience buying a Fusion20 from Vince. He actually took this morning to accomadate me by buying directly from his home! Everything is in perfect shape and he and another really nice guy loaded into my car...he even helped me find my way to his house by keeping on the phone as I made several wrong turns. His interest and depth of knowledge is apparent. He went out of his way to help me get this by my husbands birthday on Monday. That...just doesn't happen that much anymore. Very friendly, responsive staff via both Instagram and phone. They were also generous with their time to understand where I am in the aquarium journey, lending tips and knowledge - both freshwater and for my newbie interest in reefing. It’s like having your friendly, local small business owner but with the online convenience. Kudos to Vinny(40+yrs exp!) and his team!
