We have been looking for months to replace my fiancé's car. She wanted my jeep cherokee, and I wanted to get myself something bigger. Thanks to DePaula Mazda, and the assistance of Zak, Mikayla, and Albert, we were able to leave their used lot with a GORGEOUS 2015 Grand Cherokee Overland! We could not have asked for a better experience overall.

Bought a used suv from Frank. He was amazing. Right on the ball with helping me get everything done to drive my new vehicle. Had some minor service work that needed to be done right after but the staff got it done, fix the problem and had me back up and running again. Thanks everyone.

Jeff was great from the get-go! Very responsive to my phone calls and text messages. Never pressured us to make a purchase decision and made sure we have all the answers to our questions. Extremely professional dealership with solid processes in place to accommodate our needs. Our car was ready for us when we got there, and we went through the entire process in a little over 1 hour. We usually take our vehicles to for service because they are friendly and take very good care of our cars giving us a great deal of confidence in the maintenance of even our aging car. When it came time to replace our truck DePaula had the used inventory to choose from with the right features on the right price range. The specific trucks we went there to look at were already sold, so that sent use looking at the other used inventory for features, options, miles, and price. Tyler was right there, very helpful, and willing to stay late so we could decide which truck was right for us, we tried not to keep him too late. The next day we returned to start the paperwork. Tyler was laid back and knowledgeable about the truck. He was also friendly and patient with my 9 year old as she extolled the adventures of her toy during the test drive, and at his desk, and while we were talking about price, and when we were deciding down payment. He went above and beyond when our insurance company couldn't get things right. Once it was time for financing Q was very friendly and helped us choose the right options to finance and protect the truck.
Overall, we had a great experience buying a vehicle at DePaula, and we will continue going back for service.
