Kevin was fantastic from start to finish. We went from walking through a house that had been gutted to the studs to living in our dream home. The guys on his team are incredibly skilled, hardworking and, overall, just kind humans.
Kevin was easy to communicate with throughout the entire process, transparent about what was reasonable vs unreasonable within our timeline and very accommodating. He and his team have continued to be helpful and willing to work on whatever we've needed, even after having moved in.

Responsive, punctual, professional, on time + budget - they did our roof literally in a day, including removing the old roof + all the cleanup. They did a roof for me two years ago + it was the same great job, couldn't have gone any smoother plus you can pay your bill in a few clicks from your phone.

Highly recommend, they even came back to do a project we've been wanting to do for years (work in our basement) and made it so easy to complete, we should've called sooner.

I used Albany Build Pros for my chimney reconstruction last year. Using the last year to reflect- I'm very glad I used them.

For starters, their price for chimney reconstruction was the most reasonable out of all other competitors. Kevin's team (the employees who worked on my chimney) were extremely professional and courteous during the reconstruction.

When work was almost complete, per my request- they made nice touch ups on the chimney which really left me really satisfied with the project.

Overall, I highly recommend Albany Build Pros. You won't find a more honest contractor in the capital region. Kevin and his team were great to deal with. I plan on hiring them again this year for my backyard renovation!

First off, they answered me and came to give a quote for work against a house I was purchasing when almost no one else would call me back.
Kevin did not charge for his time to provide the quote, which was urgent to our negotiations for the house. Friendly, helpful, and completed the work when indicated despite my mistakenly not answering a phone call from him that morning. They removed an old chimney and patched the roof, in less time than I would have inspected. Easy to work with, no surprises - the quote given was the price paid. Will use them again and would recommend to anyone.
