Intensity Athletics

My daughter has been cheering with cheer intensity for 3 years. She absolutely loves spending time in the gym learning skills and developing friendships. Cheer has been good for her during these pivotal years; not only has she gained physical strength but has also learned about discipline & dedication through the program.

Couldn’t be happier with the decision for our daughter to train at this gym! She has grown so much as an individual and athlete over the last few years here. The owners and coaches are wonderful, it’s been a great experience!

My daughter is starting her third season. She has built strong connections with both the coaches and teammates and gained so much more. Her skill level has increased but so has her communication and leadership skills. They teach her to be a good person and a strong leader and an amazing athlete.

We have been with intensity for 3 years now, I can not express enough gratitude towards this gym. We are so thankful to be apart of the IA family. The staff are absolutely amazing. Their core values of discipline, gratitude, and integrity are something that my girls will carry with them the rest of their lives. We are 1F1K. The support and dedication from both staff and families is amazing. We are “one family, one kingdom”
