Dr. Kaufman is one of the most caring, empathic, and knowledgeable doctors I know. I am an extremely anxious and medically phobic patient. He has helped me through situations and procedures with extreme compassion and patience, while other medical professionals were cold and told me to tough it out. Dr. Kaufman is a true medical professional in every sense of the word. Many thanks to him, and his staff!

Caring, listens, takes time with patient, explains thoroughly - even used wall charts to explain where the ear/throat issue was, which I really appreciated. Office staff is very friendly. This particular visit had a 45 minute wait but staff came in frequently to update or say hello. Happy to recommend.

Dr. Kaufmann is extremely attentive to me. He explains the situation very clearly, and is respectful to my concerns and opinion. His personality and focus makes has made each visit comfortable and complete.

I am a head and neck cancer patient. Been seeing Dr. Kaufman through my treatment. The aftermath of 33 radiation treatments to mouth, tongue, throat, and neck was devastating. They fried me extra crispy.
It was important that my ENT doctor who oversaw my recovery and follow ups would be competent, but also be someone who I could relate to and trust. Dr. Kaufman was GREAT! I needed to be reassured, not rushed, carefully examined, and kept well informed. He did all that and I felt like I was in the best of hands.
I am moving out of state, so I will have to work continued follow ups elsewhere, but for the last two years I was lucky enough to see this smart compassionate doctor during a very rough time.
