I deal mostly with the parts department, so take my review in kind.

Deanna and Courtney do a great job of tracking down parts and getting stuff to me in a timely fashion. They are always accommodating if I order the wrong thing, or understanding if I prep for a job with stuff I may need in the heat of the moment and then don't use it.

I run a 680K mile 2016 Cascadia that I try and keep in tip-top shape. Dependability is important to me as I'm a tandem operator. They do a great job and know their stuff.

Rv had coolant leak on surge tank. Called them from side of road. They discussed issue and took info. Are overnighting the part and allowing us to stay in their lot. Said they will do everything they can to replace it tomorrow. So far very kind understanding staff. Had couple questions and allows took time to answer them. Hopefully all goes well tomorrow. Rob was gentleman on phone thanks

Follow up to the above. The staff worked to do everything to get us on road the day we got there. Wasn’t meant to be due to way surge tank was situated. So set up in lot due to holiday weekend. All staff gave ideas and reassured us Tues will be on it early. So went to Niagara relaxed and came back Monday. Tues early as they promised they got us into shop guys came in very early to help us out. Went had breakfast and got the call. Finished come get it. OMG. The one and only bolt that they and I fought came right out and everyone there amazed me. I am retired GM master tech I know quality when I see it. These guys amazed me felt like I was watching young version of myself. No words describe what all they did. They took few extra time to help with tow dollie and even topped my fresh water off for the trip. Thanks to all there God works wonders when we least expect it.

I showed up with a company truck with a major air leak early on a Monday, with no appointment, and was advised that the truck would probably not get into the shop until Wednesday with the backlog of work they had.

While waiting for my dispatcher to come up with a plan to recover me so I could seat another truck, a tech came to get the truck, and it was fixed the same day.

I think perhaps they estimated that the diagnosis and repair would be straightforward based on the symptoms in the complaint, since there was a leak between the compressor and the tanks. I don't think they would have tried to get it in so early unless they were reasonably confident that it wouldn't disrupt their workflow, but I certainly appreciated getting back on the road so quickly and not having to figure out how to get to my home terminal with a bunch of gear and then to figure out how to recover the truck a few days later.

If you have an issue that requires dealer service, this shop is large and highly productive. I can't say that everyone would get such rapid service, because this particular problem might have been easier for them to bang out than others, but I had a very good experience, and am happy to be charging my tanks again.

Was towed in here on Wednesday morning when my truck broke down, and although they were flat out busy they got me into the shop first thing Thursday and had the problem diagnosed, fixed, and all the warranty paperwork sorted out by early PM.

I am an OTR driver, I've never been here before and quite likely never will again but they treated me like a valued customer.

Thanks for getting me back on the road so fast, I'm just a one truck owner op for a small Canadian company but you deserve 5 stars and my gratitude for your approach to your business and your clients.
