Excellent place for a great steak! That warm super delicious soft dinner roll served with cinnamon butter just melts in your mouth. I would highly recommend trying the flavorful rice that comes as a side. The fact they have game ( you have to pay) at the table makes it fun for adults too as well as can pay at the kiosk on our table! Thank you to our server Leah for a great service!
The experience here was really good if you're not me it would have been even better but if you are like me you have a fear of taxidermy things this isn't the place for you because there are taxidermy heads all over the walls. But overall the food was amazing the bread is always so delicious and warm when it comes out to the table the butter is sweet but just the right amount with the bread. The drinks are huge and some are very sweet but they're so good and worth every penny. The cactus blossom if you like fried onion is a must-have as an entree
I recommend calling ahead to join the waiting list, because this place can get crowded and have a 30 min wait. The service was good and the workers were very friendly. The steak was excellent and you can choose your type and how rare your steak is. The salads are very filling and better than expected. Peanuts are free and are great snacks. Steak fries could be a bit better. The prices are good for the value.
Made sure to arrive early because last time I tried to go was about an hour or more wait.
It was nice to be seated in less than 5mins and left with a basket of rolls. Love that cinnamon butter. It did a bit of time between being seated and having a waitress come over but the bread held us over. We ordered drinks first. We arrived in time for happy hour but it made more sense to get an 18oz margarita than a 10oz for the pice. The drinks we good. The food arrived in good time and was pretty good. We were pretty stuffed from the bread so we had some leftovers which is nice. Also ended up getting a happy hour size margarita..
Overall, good food and drinks. Veronica was our waitress if I'm not mistaken. She was pleasant. The restaurant itself was definitely pretty full by time we left around 4.
We did see people with bags of Peanuts while leaving, not sure how you get now, perhaps we could have asked. Maybe next time.
First time and I will go back for sure. I got asked if I wanted to pick out a steak from a good selection and I chose a well marbled short bone tomahawk steak. At the table we ordered the cactus bloom onion as an appetizer and besides the steak we ordered the fish and chips. Service was fast and food was hot.
