I had my consult in February and was told that there was a six month wait time (which I was fine with because no one wants windows installed in the middle of winter anyway). The prices were better than the competition and the lifetime guarantee is definitely a plus so I pulled the trigger. My new windows were installed in the beginning of August and I'm very happy with how things turned out. The guys showed up early on the day of and were very friendly and professional. In addition to all the other windows I had done, I had two sets of crank style windows being turned into one big slider window (kitchen and dining room) and they made it look effortless. “Thanks to Albany Carpet Warehouse for doing a great install on the stair runner! They were very professional and courteous from start to finish. Wendy helped me find the perfect carpet for the job. They allowed me to take home some samples until I was 100% certain which one I was going to go with. I decided to have the edges serged and they did it in-house, and very well! The owner was very knowledgeable and shared photos with me of other similar jobs. They sent one of their installers, Al, along with the helper, to do the final install. He was friendly and a perfectionist. I couldn't be happier the way it turned out. Their prices are also very competitive and you will find that they've got an excellent selection compared to anybody else in the area. And just as a bonus, Chuck quickly finished off the edges to some of the leftover carpet, creating a complimentary area rug and runner for me to use elsewhere in the house, at no extra charge! I highly recommend you checked them out! They are located right next to Maxie's restaurant and bar on Wolf Road right by the light.”
