Seeing their design ideas first hand was the first indication that we were making the right choice. Sara is incredibly patient, insightful and creative. She came up with a beautiful design and then worked with us to allow us to customize to our unique tastes. When it came time for the remodel, her team was prompt, respectful and extremely skilled (shout out to Eddie, Joe Jr and Paul!). We asked so…many…questions…and yet they never made us feel like we were interrupting their work. Instead, they included us in the process to ensure we were getting our dream kitchen. Living in a 100 year old house, we ran into some roadblocks. Sara and her team worked with us to mitigate the issues in a timely fashion to keep the project on schedule. We are so thankful to Kitchen & Bath World for the amazing work they did. We absolutely love every aspect of our new kitchen and could not recommend them more!”

“This apatment complex is good in general, the people at the rental office are friendly and the maintence team response pretty fast. My apartment was at the top floor of the first building, it was a pretty long walk from my apartment to the elevator, and that's the only thing I don't like especially after grocery shopping.”

“A very enjoyable walk while learning how the shakers community lived. Each building tells the story through an audio recording. Anne Lee pound is part of the walk and behind it there are easy trails. It is like a mini oasis in the city, right next to the airport and behind wolf road one of the main streets in Colonie. Old brick buildings full of history, the gift shop sell traditional items and in the summer they have outdoor theater and art and craft fairs.”

“How do I do this place justice? Since moving to the area, we have been looking for a new deli. Google/food apps have shown some places, but their reviews weren’t so great. We have passed by Genoa Importing so many times not really knowing what a great gem it is. This place was surprisingly delicious. Doesn’t look so much like a deli from the outside, but they deliver. Not only do they make fresh sandwiches, but serve prepared foods. The bread... I believe the bread makes or breaks a sandwich experience. The ciabatta bread that the Alex sandwich was on had that crispy outside and soft inside. The roast beef, perfect. Everything about it was great. This place has become the go to deli. Cannot praise this place enough. Cant wait to try other things!”

“I read elsewhere about excellent customer service interstate provides and was not let down when the time came that I needed them. My battery died, I had no receipt, battery was just over two years old. They were able to look up the battery by codes on the battery and seeing how it was out of the full replacement window they offered me a replacement pro rated. ($70 for a $160 battery) However they told me not to buy a replacement and that they would fix my current one for free. ALSO, if i did buy a replacement they told me they would honor the same pro rated price and allow me to buy it months later being how I did not need the new battery until summertime.”
