“I called J & M come to service my furnace and central AC, as my previous provider, Crisafulli would not do the routine inspection, cleaning, etc. unless I entered into a contract which was more like a monthly retention payment and seems to be the norm for many companies now. J & M were happy to schedule an appointment and the service was excellent, the workers were on time, courteous, and cleaned up their work area. I plan to use their maintenence service again next year, and if a problem or issue comes up thats' who I will call.”
