Albany Park Ride & Fly

I don’t often write reviews, however I definitely felt the need to write one about my experience. I recently used Albany park and fly for the second time and will absolutely use it again! Everyone was friendly, service was amazing and the whole experience was wonderful!! I very highly recommend!! Thank you!!!

Very easy to set up reservations and drop off and pick up car.

First time using this business. So incredibly on top of everything, like a well-oiled machine. Staff members are kind and helpful as well. 5 STARS isn't enough.

Amazing service. Very easy and simple to use. After my plane home was canceled, I called them and they were super sweet and accommodating and put my mind at ease.

The Albany Park, Ride & Fly is wonderful. I’ll tell my story of why I think they are lovely people and I am happy to fully recommend them. But first, the things that you want to read in a review:
1. Online booking is fast and easy. If I could give one recommendation, it would be to accept other payment methods (Apple, PayPal, etc) so I don’t have to enter my CC #, but that is minor)
2. Friendly staff: Yes! The very nice woman at the desk (who I regretfully didn’t ask her name, but should have) and Ricky our driver were friendly and helpful
3. Timely transportation: Yes! We left almost immediately to the airport after dropping off the car, and the shuttle was already at the airport waiting when we walked out with our bags for our return trip.

Now, if you are still here and care to read my experience: I felt they went above and beyond my expectations. I called them mid trip because my electric car battery was running down due to the hot sun. They moved the car out of the sun and offered to charge it. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the charging cable in the car, but simply moving into the shade kept the battery with enough charge for the rest of my travels that I wasn’t worried that I could safely get to a charging station. I was very pleased because who wants to come back from a trip and need a service call before going home? (Note: great opportunity for an optional upsell - it a charging cable and offer to have the car charged to 80% by the scheduled return. I would buy that option!). Bottom line, they were great and I will use again when I travel.
