My wife and I order a brand new Jayco Seismic in June it came in at the end of July. Our sales person Ted Finch was great to deal with this is our fifth Jayco from Albany Rv and we highly recommend them. Especially Ted he is easy to deal with and is very knowledgeable on his products. Financing was simple and easy with no hassles or problems.

My Wife and I purchased a used 2022 Jayco Precept 31 UL from Josh (sales) and his boss Josh! What I liked most about the process, no BS ( I know right, unheard of). There was never any pressure, everyone was upfront and honest, so it was a pleasant transaction from Sales, Finance (Nicole was awesome) and service. I know that RV Dealers get a bad rap, but I would go back to Albany One in a heart beat for any future transactions.

My husband and I purchased a travel trailer because we could not decide on a class A or a class C and we drove this poor gentleman his name is Josh Johnson crazy! He did everything in his power to make us both happy but in the end we wound up buying a travel trailer and this man was so patient and kind and so Helpful that I can’t say enough good things about him! I recently purchased my second Jayco Greyhawk from ALBANY RV (formerly RVONE) and I feel strongly that I should write this review. I drove from Utah to New York towing a little U-Haul to buy it, after my first one was T-boned in Idaho and declared a total. I would not buy from anyone else, despite having to travel so far to get the unit I wanted. And in so doing, little did I know that I would also be very pleased with the salesman who handled my purchase.

Ted Finch, was absolutely outstanding! From the very first phone call and following interaction, he was always very caring as though he was dealing with a family member of his own. For about a month, we were in communication very often and he was always very attentive to my questions and requests. He took the time to send me pictures, answer my questions, and relieve every one of my concerns, which were often tearful after my accident. When I pulled onto the lot, Ted came out to greet me personally.
During my entire stay in that area and since, if I have a question, all I need to do is call on Ted and I can be assured it will be answered.

Ted Finch is a true asset to RVONE and it is my hope that his integrity and congenial spirit with his customers is an impacting example to his co-workers.
He deserves recognition!
