I went to lovesac about 7 times before I bought our couch. Denim helped me with 3 or 4 different configurations, explained the warranty process, talked to me about the surround sound system and demoed that for me which was super cool. I got a personalized discount in the mail after visiting the store and not purchasing the first few times. I ended up moving forward and bought the sactional of my dreams with standard foam, storage and a few accessories. shipping takes 8-10 weeks ob custom orders which is a pain but it'll be worth it. Lynn was the one to check me out I got 15% off plus an additional 5 for a fire fighter discount. Two days layer they came out with a 25% discount and Lynn credited me the difference with no issue! I'm happy with my experience and excited for my couch to come in!

We went to the Crossgates Mall store on 3/5 and we’re so fortunate to have Zoe there to assist us. I had done some research and had a basic idea what we wanted, but she took it even further. She guided us through all the steps with patience and knowledge until we had the exact seating arrangement we wanted and needed. While we were at lunch later, we couldn’t stop talking about what a positive and wonderful experience it had been. This is due to Zoe, her knowledge and fantastic personality! We can’t wait to get our Lovesac! We recommend her to everyone we know who is looking for a new couch!

We had a wonderful experience, Alexander the salesman and manager of the Crossgates Mall store was amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful was not pushy at all the furniture sells itself so he didn't have to be. The staff the next day when I went back to order it after I made my cloth decision they were wonderful too. I would highly recommend buying furniture from this company.
