Good shopping experience and I didn’t feel rushed by any associates. The fitting room was really clean and I could take my time as there were a lot of stalls. Lots of good options!

Erica, at the Albany, NY Express store, deserves more than just recognition for her wonderful deeds… that girl deserves a RAISE!! I walked into the store today with my fiancé and no idea where to even start… my father passed away suddenly on 12/11/21 and I needed something to wear to his services and I have been dreading this day, pretty much all week! Erica not only made sure to find me a fitting room; but actively pulled items for me to try on ❤️ and I never once felt overwhelmed or rushed into anything! Once I found my outfit, she took my jumpsuit (that she picked out! 🥰) and whisked it away to the desk to be wrapped in a bag for me and gave me one of the most beautiful, kindest gifts I could have ever received this holiday season ❤️😭 if you saw me, I was bawling my eyes out while she gave the bag to me! To Erica: you were truly an angel for me in a confusing and overwhelming period in my life and I will surely pass along your kindness this holiday season. Thank you for being you!

It was great, the manager help my two kids to find their outfits for home coming in 15 minutes. I really appreciate it.
