Steve, Derek and the crew are always honest and reliable. I always feel like my safety is their priority, and I've never felt taken advantage of. They are super knowledgeable and always willing to take the time to make sure I understand what's happening with my vehicles. I won't take my cars anywhere else.

Staff were so kind! They fixed my headlight in a jiffy and even fixed a few other minor issues with my car for free. Very quick and friendly service.

My fiancé and I had an amazing experience at Wallace Auto! Being from Maryland, I wasn’t sure about car shops in Albany. After looking online, I decided to go with Wallace and was not disappointed! They took care of our vehicle we wanted some general maintenance for, without overcharging or trying to invent issues with the car! I also visited prior to leaving for work, and they were able to suggest I get a quick coffee from Starbucks, then come back. Everything was ready so quickly. Really appreciate that! Will definitely be back whenever we need work done!

Awesome! Derek was super nice. I had weird noises coming from my car and was panicking and they got me in the same day. Ended up doing brakes, rotors, caliper, and they had it done by the end of the day. Really appreciate great service

They helped me out so many times. Yesterday I dropped my car off there expecting to wait until Friday just to see it again and they called me up tonight said, "hey, come and get it!" Amazing. Highly recommend.
