My mortgage company stated I needed a letter from my insurance company stating that I needed to have hazard insurance and mine had expired in July. I called Murray Group and left a message on Saturday morning for them to call me back during business hours and Karen from Murray group had called me first thing Monday morning to get everything straightened out for me. It really put my mind at ease knowing I wouldn’t need to worry about this anymore. Very quick and professional to respond back to me so quick.
