  They are indeed a great place to get urgent care. Went late in the evening with a kid in a lot of pain. They were efficient and quick in seeing him and were able to address the issue. The staff and the doctor were both amazing. I had to call back for a prescription issue (due to pharmacy closures) and they took care of it immediately. I have to say that they are better than my primary care provider in many ways. They are a small glitter in the dim landscape of medical care.

  Have attempted a visit here twice in the past but they were over capacity both times and not taking more patients. Now that l had a successful visit here last week l can see why. The place is efficient, friendly staff and l was quoted an hour wait and in the exam room in less than 30. Total time from check in to walking out with papers was less than an hour. To have things run this way you have to know when to turn away patients when you've met your day's capacity.
  The nurse was kind, gentle and sweet.
  I saw Dr Ryan who was empathetic, understanding and had a sense of humor. He quickly understood why l was there and set me up with quick test and subsequent treatment to my pharmacy.
  I had an issue with a med dosage (no fault of his) and the office was great with follow up and adjustment recommendations. I even received a follow up call and a call from another doctor on call (l believe Dr. Halpert) to discuss my needs. Top notch for an urgent care. Other ones in the area send a blanket text message. I'll definitely be back in the future when the need arises, and hope l am one of the lucky ones able to be seen that day.

  Very pleasant, professional care. Liked the Dr a lot. There was a very long line when they opened, but the wait was half of what they forecast. I liked it better than the other urgent cares in the area.
