As the owner of a dog care of business having a wonderful and safe fence for my clients to enjoy is my driving factor behind having a fence. We had over 700 feet of vinyl fence fabricated and installed on our 2 acres by Saratoga Rail Fence Inc. I'd been researching the different options, and saw a picture of a fence I really loved. So I went to Google and looked up fence companies in the Saratoga NY area. I found a few and called the first one. Before they would come out they wanted me to measure my perimeter, figure out the number of gates I would want, and call them back. I decided to try the second company, Saratoga Rail Fence. I texted the photo of the fence I liked, and a description of what I wanted. Al wrote back immediately saying they could make the fence exactly like the photo, and that he wanted to meet to go over my ideas and measure the yard. I thought BINGO. So we made an appointment and Al came out. Turns out he both makes and installs the fence, which I really liked. I was impressed with his experience and he was very accommodating to my ideas. He returned all my calls and texts, answered all my questions. I decided to go ahead with the project. And here's where it gets even better. Al brought me a section of fence that was beautiful, white triple rail with spindles. Then the rest of the fence arrived. Being such a large project, I changed my mind a few times about gates, curves, even the height of the front section. Al never blinked an eye, just did whatever I asked for even though it meant some changes back at the factory on one section of fence. He was the best contractor you could hope for. Nothing was too difficult, or a hassle, and the materials were exceptional, and the crew was professional, competent and friendly, and very respectful of our property and privacy. The project took about 7-8 days. The guys worked right through the rain on 2 days, which really impressed me. I am so happy. I feel like I won the lottery!
