What a truly lovely place! I could be in the worst mood ever and after just a few minutes in a class I feel so at ease and relaxed. The workouts are wonderful and vary and work every muscle while also teaching you to breathe and clear your mind.

Victoria is lovely! A jam packed class and she still individualized. Took my first yoga class ever and my first exercise class in 4 years, since illness had me bedridden and a 30lb weight gain, ( I’m 5’ tall). The “slow yoga” class was not nearly as embarrassing as I expected and was easily adaptable to my inability while offering much for the more experienced. Pre registering is recommended. I’ve heard from many that all teachers here are wonderful.

The instructor, Bruce, is very knowledgeable. He was very helpful even showing me a book he had for my scoliosis and different yoga moves. He made sure I knew where all the amenities were and during our class he was sure that we were all having good form and also that we were comfortable with the level of practice. Very warm and caring environment.

Very grateful for the experience that I had taking a class with Andrew! The studio itself was very clean and inviting and Andrew was a wonderful instructor- knowledgeable, welcoming and set a great pace & energy for the class. I would absolutely recommend anyone to take a class here, no matter where you’re at in your practice!
