“Recently went in to see what could be done for a pair of leggings that had a seam rip - I know my options are that they’ll repair or replace within reason. The girl who was helping me told me that they had been in the dryer too much and that was the reason - they have seen a dryer maybe 4 times accidentally. I was told ‘the best they can do’ is to pick a similar pair of leggings in store since they didn’t have my original pair in store and that they’ll allow an exchange this one time. I felt pressured to pick a new different pair because it seemed like my only option. Once checkout was done and I left, I immediately regretted it and didn’t want a new different pair. I went back and spoke to who I believe are the managers and could tell they genuinely wanted me to be happy with my purchase - they helped me order the same pair and they’ll get shipped to my door. I’ve never had a poor experience at Lululemon and was very disappointed at how the first half of my trip went but very happy that it was resolved!”

Yet Donald gave me respect, acknowledged my needs, gave a tremendous amount of patience and I'm forever thankful. I suffer from social anxiety so my shopping experience is always challenging but Donald made a difference and I firmly believe he will continue to grow and provide merchants the same experience he gave me. “The hotel is new and modern, and the rooms are big. However, my room had stains on the carpet, and the AC made a weird low volume UFO type noise. Also, the free breakfast is mediocre, and the omelets are ecased in a glass case with a small front door. So, if u get there an hour into breakfast, you can't reach the omelets through the little door with the tongs. Finally, I stayed there a week, and on the 6th morning, I requested housekeeping, got back from work in the evening, and NO housekeeping. Overall, a clean hotel and a good location - just pick up some frozen breakfast to zap in the morning and empty your own trash. Also, the TV remote is ridiculously complicated.”
