“I've had SA for decades and dealt with many companies. None are perfect, I assure you ;) I've been with this company for a couple months and so far so good. There have been a couple delivery and billing issues. But on the local level customer service has been very helpful and sorted things out quickly. I'm still not 100% liking all the "auto" things. And I definitely don't like there is no tracking for deliveries. But, overall the product is great and everyone I have spoken to in the Albany office is very kind and helpful. ♥”

“I was referred to Dr. Kaufman by my gynecologist's office as I had very old implants (30+ years) and the PA wanted me to have a consult. Dr. Kaufman ordered an MRI which showed both implants had ruptured. My explant surgery by him was two weeks ago and I couldn't be happier and am healing well. We discussed all the options beforehand and I decided to continue with just the removal. I am pleasantly surprised at how good the breasts look and how they have nicely healed. He has always been very patient with me and all my questions and concerns throughout the process. I was pretty nervous about the whole situation, but he and his staff are compassionate, professional people. I highly recommend.”

“I had my first acupuncture appointment ever last week. I was very nervous since I have a fear of needles. Dr. Liz was so friendly and she did such a great job easing my nervousness. She did a very thorough consultation before treatment. As she applied the needles, I was very shocked at how small and painless the needles were. After lying down and relaxing with the needles in for about 30 minutes, I felt great! The rest of the day I felt so relaxed and calm. It was amazing how much of an effect those tiny needles can have.
