“Great music instrument store in the Albany area. Came here on a tour with a minor repair (that I can't do myself) that I was worried I wouldn't have time to fix. The repair tech is a wizard and had it finished before I could even worry myself about it. Great selection of beginner and pro saxes (as well as loads of other beginner instruments), great repertoire selection, excellent help from the people working there, a nice atmosphere that reminds me of an old instrument shop I had back home. I could not say enough nice things about this shop!”

“I called because my washer wasn't acting right. There was an appointment available that same day so I took it. Dave arrived and discussed all the possible issues and diagnosed the problem. While fixable, he said I could get a fully refurbished one from the store for the same price. He didn't make me feel pressured to either fix it or to buy one, and said I may still have a few more months out of the one I have. This is a business with old school customer service. Definitely recommended”

We started with the half loaf of bread with sauce, pasta fagoli, and meatballs, all delicious, and generous in size. I got the the linguine with clam sauce, it was exceptional. “We stopped here on a driving trip because of a sudden low air warning on the thruway. They were so nice and got my car on a lift right away to look at it. After a thorough exam, they couldn't find anything wrong with it and said they felt comfortable with me driving on it, after they made all 4 tires equal psi. “I have worked with Workstation Consultants on 3 different occasions during the construction and outfitting of our office space for our Landscape Construction Company, GSL Landscaping & Nursery, LLC. When first contacting Workstation Consultants, we were looking for office furniture that was cost effective and environmentally friendly. We loved that they re-use and re-purpose office furniture that would otherwise end up in a landfill. The first purchase we made, outfitted our professional space just as we had hoped--with great quality furniture, lightly used and for the right price. The installation crew was accommodating, fast and funny. On our second order, we needed office furniture that fulfilled the needs of our construction salesmen and Workstation Consultants came through once again with an option that worked as far as our schedule and budget. Recently, I got in touch with them again thinking that there was no way that they would be able to work something out for me. Both of the previous orders were bigger orders, and recently I had a need for two random small desks; I thought to call them despite expecting the order to be too small for their operation and my time frame too short, but yet again, Asia (who I worked with this time) quickly sent a quote and images that worked and I had my two new desks and chairs within two days. I avoided going to a big box store and was able to put previously used desks and chairs to good use here in our warehouse.
