It was a special occasion (my favorite family member was in town) and we both wanted steak. The butcher behind the counter was gregarious and charming. Love the mustache! I chose 2 Porterhouse Tbones. Not gonna lie and many would have had sticker shock but it was hands down one of the best I have ever had.
