“When Hunts machine shop in Schenectady and Xlr8 machine shop in Cohoes refused to help me, Cardish said they’d do it no problem. I needed a simple job done. I stupidly snapped a valve guide on a head taking some valve seals off. Bought the guide and had them press out the old one, press in the new one and ream it. They did it for peanuts! Incredible price. And the quality was top notch. The other 2 machine shops that wouldn’t help me said they weren’t gonna do it unless they greedily got to do a full valve job on a head that absolutely didn’t need it. Wanted to charge me a fortune too. Learned my lesson. Ill only ever go through Cardish from here on out. I work for GE and we have them do a ton of work here at the plant. We’ve never had an issue with them.”

“I started off my 2018 JLU Wrangler with a 2" lift from Mopar -- as it was an option early on before a lot of support started for the new platform. Like many, I found that the Mopar kit was lacking in a few areas -- such as the coil springs bowing awkwardly and not positioning correctly. I started gradually replacing the springs, the spring pads, etc with Rock Krawler Suspension components (triple rate springs/progressive coils) and have loved the improvements. Had the pleasure of wheeling with some of the crew from RK during Easter Jeep Safari earlier this year, and gotta say they are some of the best guys to hit trails with. It's awesome to see the owner of the company out there doing something he enjoys and continuing to be involved with rock crawling and real world testing of their parts. It seems to be a rarity these days. Would highly recommend these guys if you're researching lift kits for your Jeep! As for the bad reviews regarding bushings and joints -- RK is the only company I can think of that has gone out of their way to make sure customers get reimbursed for their time in replacing them with better joints. If that doesn't speak volumes about a company standing behind it's products and making things right or better, I don't know what does. Planning my next build around an RK Long Arm Kit!”

“Star Roofing did a wonderful job on my home after having a leak. They were not only prompt in an estimate but, also with the actual installation. I run a daycare and didn’t want to have to shut down and they were able to accommodate me with a Saturday date. They were so quick and kept me informed all the way through the process. I will also say, that it was more than I could handle at one time and I was able to make payments to them. Fantastic company to work with and my roof looks amazing!!! “I don't know how to adequately describe my recent trip to Egypt. It was superb in every way! The success was due to the efforts of Lisa LaForest of Plaza travel.She listened to my wishes for the trip and then made it happen! It was perfect from start to finish. Her level of travel expertise is second to none. Case in point, she suggested doing my air travel separately from the tour package. Doing so gave me a nonstop flight with no problems whatsoever. I listened to the horror stories of those who used the package travel and most came with two or three layovers in Munich, Frankfort and Paris. I traveled and was home in 11 hours, most of my companions spent 20-26 hours flying and changing planes. I hesitate to post this because she will then become too busy to indulge my travel dreams and plans!! I would be remiss if I did not mention Jean Gagnon. She provides advice and empowers her employees through her advice and having them experience the places they will recommend. I cannot say enough good things about Plaza Travel they are your trusted advisors and they become your friend in the process. Kudos!!!”
