I go on the weekends so it's usually quiet not so much chatting while getting service done. Wait time is not too bad when you make appointments or call ahead. “I’ve been coming here for about 6 years and I will continue to come while Nancy runs the practice. I just came to get the phone number to make an appointment and saw some reviews. I was surprised by the bad ones about the receptionists, I never had any issues with them. I can be salty myself and have had issues at other places, but never here. The staff are great. I had an issue once where I think Dr.Spiro mis-diagnosed me and Nancy seemed to disagree. The next time I went Nancy had replaced Dr.Spiro and gave me something that worked right away. I have great faith in her.”

“Just moved to the area with my family and we stumbled upon this place at the mall. We decided later in the week that we would make it a family fun night and I'm so glad we did. The kids, ages 8 and 10, had a blast! We set them up with some credits for arcade games and then signed them up for laser tag and bumper cars. My husband and I sat at a table and had no problem with placing an order for food and drinks. Everything came out fine and our server checked on us several times. I believe the GM also came over to us to see how everything was going and if we needed anything. It was nice to see the added attention even though we weren't with a large party or anything. We will definitely be back for another family night.”

I’ve also gone early as directed, and he has reciprocated with seeing me early and not leaving me in an office for half hour. Thats a big win for me. As a whole, I have been happy with all three docs I have seen at Albany Gastro.”
