The milkshakes provided a refreshing and indulgent addition to my meal. However, there were a few drawbacks that prevented me from fully enjoying my experience at Five Guys. First, the prices are a bit steep for a fast-food burger joint. Another issue I encountered was the consistency of their bread. On multiple occasions, I found the buns to be slightly soggy, which took away from the overall experience. A burger's bun should be able to hold the ingredients together without becoming soggy or falling apart. Unfortunately, this was not the case at Five Guys. In conclusion, Five Guys offers decent burgers, delicious fries, and tasty milkshakes. However, the restaurant falls short in terms of its pricing, making it a less appealing option for those seeking an affordable meal. Additionally, the occasional issue with soggy buns is a noticeable downside. Other reviews noted staff assisting customers with coupons, but my cashier didn't. She was polite & careful with my purchases, which were mainly good-priced markdowns when we first entered the store. I saw one female staff assisting a couple with their registry when we entered & as mentioned the polite (but not overly friendly or vociferous) woman checking is out... but saw no floor staff whatsoever! Although we very carefully made our way throughout the store, we were never approached by any staff to offer assistance, and despite lengthy research of nursery furniture displayed, no store reps were even really available! Needless to say, we ended up taking photos to research purchasing elsewhere, possibly online. There certainly were options -- but nobody to assist decision-making.”
