  Nice park, closed to the NYC Ferry with fantastic New York City view. From this park you can also observe the Whitestone Bridge.

  Lovely breeze by the water. Nice area for families to enjoy. Needs more seating and table areas. Bring your own chairs, the few benches are not enough. Omg now there is a ferry that leaves this area making three stops in NYC.

  Waterfront park. It is quiet and secluded but that will be ruined by the ferry that is coming soon. There's a gated community here with every home looking like each other(ick), surbuban feel without being in the suburbs. I enjoyed the time spent there. The BX 27 and BX 39 drop you about a block from the actual park, you can either walk on the sidewalk or walk on the street (as long as you look for cars that may be exiting or entering the area.
