My daughter went to a branch in Upper Marlboro Md. When she returned home she was unable to access her account. She was also unable to contact anyone in the Upper Marlboro Branch for two or more days. When she did speak with someone she was told they would give her a call back. Later we discovered the lady at the bank had entered her email address incorrectly. Two more days passed and we could not get any help. We called the Greenbelt Ora Glenn Dr. branch. We spoke with Trishan Grant. She made an appointment for my daughter and I. She was so professional. She fixed our problem. Ms. Grant also helped my daughter with opening her savings account.
