I'm satisfied, this dentist handles the tough cases appropriately. I'm not the type to do the dentist often so when I go it's a big deal and this guy is welcoming, thorough and you can depend on his work.
I am surprised of the rating and bad reviews. When I have called the office they have always been accommodating and the girls in the front desk are always professional. The medical assistants are extremely nice and patient with my son. Once the Doctor was kinda cranky but I am sure dealing with screaming kids all day can get any one cranky. But she is a good doctor, My son has an appointment coming up in February to fill out his cavities and some of the reviews on Facebook have me pretty nervous. I called my sons pediatrician for support :)
