Great customer service! I want to thank John our sales person who help us find our forever travel trailer to Joshua in the finance department and can’t forget Will who finalize the paperwork. The store associates we awesome as well. Thank you Camping World for the great experience.

Although I’ve been a Camping World retail customer for decades, this was my first RV purchase from the company. I purchased a beautiful 2022 Jayco Jay Flight SLX “Baja,” “Rocky Mountain Edition,” both badass names for the record. My entire purchase experience was in my rarely used “World Class Customer Service” realm. The entire Albuquerque Camping World team is to be highly commended for providing this level of service. From my initial contact through close, sales rep Adam, to the sales manager Craig, who got down into some hard core negotiation to allow the deal to close on my rig, to Will in financing who is awesome and very knowledgeable, Kim in insurance and “compliance,” the front desk ladies, the service folks and last but ABSOLUTELY NOT least their rockstar walkthrough agent LT, who made my walkthrough experience both totally educational and incredibly entertaining, not to mention flat out fun (love you girl!). LT is a “keeper” for sure and give that lady a raise, lol. I would highly and exceptionally recommend Camping World Albuquerque to anyone out there looking to purchase an RV for their honesty, fairness and best-business practices. Now I do reserve future reviews and updates for when it comes to service, honoring their warranty policies and other such related matter to my new rig, which will be THE make it or break it part of this whole experience, since after sales service IS THE final benchmark on how a company treats its customers and honors their service and warranty obligations on their products. However, that being said, given my experience as of this writing, and my short service department interaction, which was awesome, I have no doubt Camping World will live up to the expected after sales experience in the same manner. Ray made our transition from a 5th wheel to a travel trailer easy. He is very knowledgeable regarding warranties and what the different campers have to offer. We are very pleased with the customer service we received from Ray. If your looking for any type of camper Ray is the guy to see at Camping World.

Also Steve Gallegos in finance was great! He provided different options and explained each one and made sure we understood. He took his time. He always answers his phone. Great customer service. My whole experience with camping world has been awesome!
