Arnold was very helpful, very polite and kind. I lost my key to the lock on my unit and he was understanding in my time of need worked out a time to be there that best for my schedule and I even ran a little late and he still had the best customer service. He updated my account info discussed options I had to help lower the cost of my unit as well as being very quick at opening my unit. He’s wonderful! Thank you Arnold!

Great experience. Super convenient that everything can be done online. I started my contract on a Sunday, not realizing the location I chose is closed Sundays. I went anyway, I needed a door code which I didn’t have, called the customer service line not thinking it would actually help, the woman was great, she was able to solve my problem and was very friendly and knowledgeable. The space is pretty clean and it’s great that they are temperature controlled. Would definitely recommend to others.

I inquired about a 10x10 storage unit earlier today and within 30 minutes Arnold contacted me to schedule an appointment. Arnold was amazing!!! His customer service is great! He’s very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. He explained everything we needed to know and we saw the unit, signed the lease and we were out the door within 30 minutes. Highly recommend this place and always ask for Arnold. He’s GREAT!!!!!

Kim's an awesome person to deal with. I waited about 10 minutes to pay my bill, because the person in front of me had multiple questions. But it didn't feel like it because she had everyone laughing like we were all old buddy's even though I was in a room full of strangers. Would have left 5 stars but I only give that out when my reviews are paid for.
