Co-Op City Foot Care Center II

I had such a great experience here. I had been having foot pain for almost a week and it was progressing so I opted to try getting a last minute appointment with a Podiatrist. Initially, I called Co-op City Foot Care Center and left a message late last night (after business hours). I also left a message on their website. I was hoping to get an emergency appointment somewhere, but honestly was not hopefully given that my search online turned up with little results for anything any time soon.

I received a call back the same evening and Mo (the front desk agent) was so cordial and professional. He offered to squeeze me in for an appointment next day. Woohoo!! I was quite the happy camper given that I would probably finally find out what was wrong with my foot.

Fast forward to appointment time. I got to the office and Mo was there. He helped me get checked in and was so accommodating. I was seen by Dr. Badawy within about 10 minutes (unheard of!)

Dr. Badawy was also very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He did a thorough check of my foot, xrays, etc and offered his expert opinion.

Although I’ll be in a boot for the next several weeks (bummer), I can say that I could not have had a better experience during my visit. From the Dr. to the supporting staff, top notch service!

I felt comfortable and like I had been going there for years. I would absolutely recommend this location.

I couldn't be any more happy with Dr. Badawy and his assistant Moe. Great beside manners and very informative!!!!. It's always a pleasure to see them and knowing that my mother gets taken care of.

All I can say is wow! The service here is totally amazing. I would definitely recommend any and everyone to come visit! Especially the doctor and Moe they made sure I was comfortable as possible and I got seen in a matter of time. 100/100

Amazing service. First visit Moe the receptionist hand down amazing from beginning to end. Dr. Karim has fabulous bedside manner. He makes you feel comfortable and explains everything about what’s wrong with you. Identify what was exactly wrong with my foot. Dr Karim explained what each tendon does that I strained. I was happy with the outcome. I’m scared of needles ,but he made me feel so comfortable and it was all done before I can say ouch. I recommend him you won’t regret. Thank you Dr Karim and Moe 💜💜

Love love this place located at 100 Casals Place. I called had a appointment within in two days. Receptionist I believe his name is Moo very nice who made my transition very easy from doing the initial paper work into the doctors office. Dr. Karim A. Badawy who was amazing diagnosis the problem with my foot that I could barely walk on entering the the office. However within 20 mins they took x'rays, then he explain the issue I was having with my foot and was walking outta the office almost pain free 2/10 on a pain scale. I highly recommend this office from the staff to the doctor.
