  The selection and staff are very good at the throgs neck location.
  The designer Glasses Selection is good.
  Nice decor.
  Free parking.
  5 glasses prescriptions done to spec.
  They treat u like family here.

  My sister and I went there. We immediately were greeted pleasantly. The staff was super awesome and welcoming. They were also very patient with me and answered all of my questions and concerns. They also presented us with options based on our needs. I would greatly and highly recommend this place for your eyes. Thank you Donna for your immense help and support you have provided us every time we visit. You rock!!!

  I’ve never had a customer experience like this. While at the mall on a Saturday I decided to visit the store, unfortunately it was closed. Angel, a technician at the optical struck a conversation with me as he was leaving. He spoke so highly of their service that I just had to come back. To top it off, the next day I get to meet Toni. Even tho they were about to close, she took the time to show different options. It was an effortless transaction. Toni made me feel like I knew her for years. If you want to love the way you look, please stop reading and get there!
  BTW Angel did my glasses and the work is impeccable, the skill and dedication is shown on my new glasses. Thank you!

  Metro Optics is the best eyeglass store in the Bronx. The Hutchinson Center store is awesome. Huge parking lot is a plus
  
  Been a client with them for over 10 years. When you arrive ask for Donna. Donna is hands-down the best assistant Metro Optics has. Always has a smile, very engaging and is always willing to help and answer any and all questions.
  
  If your looking for an eyeglass store that treats you like family, Metro Optics is the place.

  I came in as a walk-in and they saw me quickly, provided me with a thorough examination, and amazing customer service. Toni R., was my sales rep. She was very nice, very helpful in assisting me with choosing a pair of glasses, honest, but most importantly patient. I tried on many pairs of glasses and I felt like I was shopping with my best friend. I got an honest opinion every time, not based on the price of the glasses. Definitely ask for her if you are not quite sure what you are looking for. Overall, very happy with my experience here.
