  I am truly happy that I decided to change where I go to receive vision services. I walked in was seen and completed my purchases within 45 minutes.
  The staff was friendly, informative and professional. The doctor was very professional and patient. He explained in-depth about my eye condition. Very informative. Pleasant visit.
  The only downside is there is no rest room for the public. Otherwise great experience.

  Went into Urban Optical went my Daughter and Grandson to purchase glasses. The customer was excellent ,they took the time to help me find glasses. I would definitely go back again. Happy Customer ????.

  Went for an eye exam for contact lenses. The service was outstanding. Wally, Alissa, and Lissette greeted me with smiles. They got my info and listen to what it is I’m looking for and work with me accordingly. They also provided outstanding convo as I waited for DR H to give me my exam. I waited no more then 5-10 mins for DR H On a walk in which I think is outstanding. DR H himself was also a great person and gets through the exam really quickly. You won’t spend much time waiting for services. Not to mention the environment makes the time go by even faster. If you want top quality costumer service for eyes this is definitely the place to go.

  Went into store just to get information, spoke to Lizzette. She provide such good Customer Service that I promise that I would return to get my glasses. After 4 days I return and met Priscilla. Both were so patient with me trying to choose a perfect fit. Where ever I go to shop and do business I always look for good customer services. I will refer anyone there to do business. Nice

  They have such excellent customer service. On the first visit, it was quick and efficient. I was greeted by Lissette and in literally less than 2 minutes I was already with the doctor and 15 minutes later I picked out my frames and out the door on Tuesday. By Friday, my frames and my trial contact lenses were in. I was such a chicken to put the lenses in but Shakira and Lisette took their time with me. They were super understanding and I am grateful for their help. I all around had a great experience. Thanks again girls!
