After speaking to the owner, Chris, he offered to have someone redo the tub and also offered me a refund. We had a good conversation over the phone, I explained why I want satisfied and we went ahead and scheduled someone to come over the SAME DAY.
The tub looks FANTASTIC this time around. I would recommend this place.
Chris was a delight and followed up numerous times to ensure everything was in order. Bernardo, was thorough when doing the tub and would highly recommend.
The tub looks brand new and surrounding areas are nice and neat.

(July 3, 2019, 11:00 pm)The tub looks great! The guy had good communication about his arrival and worked efficiently. I docked a star because the work left a gross residue on the sink and toilet seat cover, although it came off with some nail polish remover. If you ask me to update this review in a year, I'll consider bumping it up to five stars if the glaze on the tub holds up.
