(September 16, 2019, 7:03 am)I joined I Love Kickboxing in May. I purchased a trial class offer from FB and when the class was over, I didn’t hesitate to become a member. NO regrets since. The staff is warm and welcoming, the other members are helpful and the overall environment is amazing. For 60 minutes I can just tune out the world and “dance with the bag.” I’ve never left a class wishing I didn’t go. I may be sore, but it’s a great overall work out. For me, ILKB strengthens body and soul!!

Nineteen classes later, I have already developed some strength, skills and body toning such as my abs and arms. The gym is clean and inviting and the instructors will help you through, every step of the way. Best decision I've ever made. I lovemesomekickboxing!

(August 20, 2019, 9:41 am)I’ve been going to ILKB Bronx for 4 months and i love it. The instructors are encouraging and friendly. They will give you the jump start you need to take your fitness seriously. The members there treat each other like family as well. They have outings outside of class. I highly recommend it.
