Went yesterday to purchase headphones and the girl was really knowledgable and helpful I was 100 per cent happy with the customer service I recieved.
I recently switched over to T-Mobile and it was really All because of Sky .. I would constantly go in there for a data transfer even tho I wasn't a T-Mobile customer sky would help me ofcourse while trying to get me to come over , I finally decided to switch over and since then sky & jalizza have been very helpful to me Sky honestly needs ahigher position in my opinion i give this store and sky & jalizza customer service 5 stars
Great customer service. They have really worked hard to resolve any issues that I've had. I've seen them spend hours to help me get through any red tape that comes up. We changed account holders and this caused a subsidized device to be due in full. At the time of change T-Mobile said the device repayment would transfer instead I got a bill for the remaining balance. The rep in the Bronx location stayed on the phone for over an hour and was able to reduce the payment. I was very appreciative. This is only one of many such examples of great customer service at this location.
