(August 7, 2019, 7:34 pm)JASA located here has concerts, luncheons for seniors, and other interesting activities, organized by a wonderful and caring social worker, Sharon, with volunteers. The synagogue is in a very stable and nice neighborhood, with local businesses nearby.

(May 21, 2019, 1:17 pm)The Van Cortlandt Jewish Center is a friendly Congregation with low Memership costs and is a very short walking distance the Bx1, 2 and Bx10 buses. Although the Synagogue is Orthodox, anyone of the Jewish faith will be comfortable attending there.
