“I’m expecting my first baby and decided to try this place out at first i had trouble with my insurance and since it is my first baby i wasn't sure what to do all the front desk staff are very kind and helpful they even called before my appt to tell me the insurance was still not active so i wouldnt make my way all the way over there, because of how they handled my situation when my insurance was active I immediately went back because of the service everyone is always smiling attentive and the mid wife and doctor are always helpful to any questions or concerns i have. I don't see doctor mark because i am located in the bronx however the doctors i do see always seem interested and happy to see my baby and always explain every detail of what they are looking at. Couldn’t be more happier coming to this location to check up on my baby boy.”

“Called for emergency appointment and got one. Ronnie was kind enough to call my insurance companies and check my coverage for me since I was also working and not able to do so. Got to my appointment and didn’t even have to wait. I cannot express the kindness I received and concern as my procedure was being done. Dr Dan made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Made sure everything was explained and broke everything down. Oh, and he’s very gentle, drilling and all! If it wasn’t for the sounds of the drill I may have been able to nod off. And he has this amazing thing that holds your mouth open so your jaw doesn’t want to fall off and you can barley tell it’s there! His assistant was also very sweet and personable as well. He even said if he didn’t feel confident he could fix something for me the right way, he was not going to do it but would make sure I was comfortable until I got to specialist. I’ve been to many dentists who have been after pockets and don’t have the patients best interest and it’s SO easy for dentists to do because when you are having dental pain, you will do anything to fix it and it can be one of the most unbearable things. He is so kind and so honest. I’m actually looking forward to going back and finishing my work and I’m confident that the specialist he is referring me to for the other issues will take great care of me as well. My husband will be making an appointment soon for a cleaning and check up and I’m referring Dr. Dan to EVERYONE I know! I’m beyond grateful for my experience and for finding my forever dentist ????”
