I highly recommend Designer Pools. Norry and his entire staff are pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They installed our pool in 2 days and we couldn’t believe how fast they completed it from start to finish. Norry guided us every step of the way for months from the ordering process to completion of the project. They helped us with getting the pool ready, maintaining it and closing it. Just an all around old school great customer service and performance company. The best!

Norry is always helpful and kind! We are getting our inground pool this spring. Norry actually sold us this pool years ago when he helped us with a part to repair our above ground pool and didn't charge us for the small part. We had stopped at a local competitor first and they were rude and not helpfull. We said then, if we are ever able to get an inground, it would be with DESIGNER!

They installed my pool in just two days and left my property in great condition when they left! My wife and I couldn't believe how clean they left my back and side yard. They even moved extra dirt around for a flower bed/berm around the pool without hesitating. They are very responsive, professional and courteous. I still can't believe with a project as big as this, how neat and clean they left everything. I would highly recommend.

Great pool store. They installed my pool with the previous owners of my house. They had answered a million questions for me. They even showed me pictures of it being installed! I would drive 50 minutes just for that customer service. That is the only negative. Its 25 minutes away. But not their fault! Great team!

The installation is incredible to watch. The process is fast and efficient. All of the crew members are friendly, punctual and clearly extremely talented at what they do. Everyone took great care to protect my home and property during the well orchestrated building process. After installation, the guys also did an amazing job cleaning up the street, my driveway and the yard, which I really appreciate.

In the spring, we will be able to proceed with patio construction which will proceed seamlessly due to excellent cooperation and communication between Designer Pools and B &W Custom Concrete.
