“I stopped in to replace the screen protector and to discuss some issues with the phone. I was immediately welcomed by a sales associate as I walked the m the door. He offered to assist me in replacing the screen protector. He checked my phone to make sure it was operating correctly. He demonstrated how to take a screen shot of my phone calls and voice mail. He continued to chat with me while he worked. It was a pleasant visit. I am so glad I stopped in to get my issues resolved. Oh! The Fredonia/Dunkirk store has easy access and convenient parking too!”
