He offered to assist me in replacing the screen protector. He checked my phone to make sure it was operating correctly. He demonstrated how to take a screen shot of my phone calls and voice mail. He continued to chat with me while he worked. It was a pleasant visit. I am so glad I stopped in to get my issues resolved. Oh!
