Joycrest Skating Rink

I grew up going to this place every Friday sometime Saturday but for rock and skate and I had a blast. This time I took my daughter it was her first time and my first time in 20 some years she absolutely loved it but it just was really hard for her to skate because the rental skates are so heavy. And I do have to say for it being like one of the one things that kids have to do it's pretty expensive. And it was very cold. The price is in the snack bar or way too high. But regardless my daughter has found a new hobby and is interested in coming back and would like to do her birthday there which I have to say they have a couple party rooms and the prices aren't bad and it's nice to still see something opened from when I was younger and be able to share that with my daughter.

My sister and I had a blast at Joycrest this past weekend. Staff was so inviting, accommodating and friendly. The atmosphere was fun, family friendly and clean. Excited to return with my kids!

We had my granddaughter's 12th birthday party at Joycrest this year. The children all enjoyed themselves and the staff members were very nice and accommodating. My only issue is that I wish the party was able to be longer than 2 hours. Everything felt so rushed. We went in, the kids had a few skates, then we went in the party room for pizza. Then the kids went back out on the floor for a few more skates, then all of a sudden we had 25 minutes left in order to do presents, cake and have the last skate. The charge was $200 plus skate rental and we supplied our own food and cake. I feel that 2.5-3 hours would have been so much better. But because the kids enjoyed it we would go back. Also the kids were all given a buy one, get one free ticket for their next visit.

We had my granddaughters 6th birthday party on 12/9/17. The place is just a I remembered as a kid.. Donna and the staff are so kind. We will be sure to bring the kids back soon. Thank you again ! You brought back so many memories and after 25 plus years guess you never forget how to skate!
